 Sea Salt Has Dietary Benefits

A frequently asked question at my wellness workshops and
cooking classes concerns the difference between sea salt and iodized salt.  Salt actually is not the bad guy that it is
made out to be.  Salt has many dietary
benefits.  Think about part of the
treatment when you go in the hospital for almost any ailment. They give you a
saline solution which is salt! Your body requires salt for balancing fluids in
your body, transmitting nerve pulses and enabling muscles to contract and
relax.  Doctors are finding now that,
from a health perspective, unrefined salts are much better for you due to their
purity. , will promote good
health.  It also happens to be low in
sodium and a couple of sprinkles from the salt shaker will not kill you.
